Safe States Alliance Exchange
The Safe States Alliance Exchange is a membership service designed to facilitate networking, relationship building, and information exchange between Safe States Alliance members. Through the Safe States Alliance Exchange, members can connect with one another as they share ideas, knowledge, resources, and experiences.

Innovative Initiatives Program
The Safe States Innovative Initiatives Program & Annual Award is a project designed to provide members of the Safe States Alliance with opportunities to celebrate and showcase the successes of their injury and violence prevention programs. An "innovative initiative" is defined as a unique and creative program or activity that has the potential to substantially decrease injuries and violence in a state, city, or community.


Injury Surveillance Workgroup (ISW)
The purpose of the ISW is to improve injury surveillance by examining important injury surveillance issues and challenges facing state injury prevention programs, and preparing consensus-based recommendations on these issues.

Pedestrian/Bicycle Safety & Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Online Library
Housed by Safe States Alliance, the Pedestrian/Bicycle Safety & Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Online Library is a web-based resource for public health professionals seeking information related to pedestrian safety, bicycle safety, and the SRTS program.


State Technical Assessment Team (STAT)
The goal of the STAT Program is to support the development, implementation and evaluation of injury prevention efforts at the state health department level by conducting an on-site, point-in-time assessment of the injury prevention program, and providing recommendations for improvement.
